Terms and conditions

General terms governing website access, enquiries and Safe4Sign service engagements.

Last updated 9 August 2026 info@safe4sign.com
Order of precedence: specific proposals, quotations, invoices, order confirmations and signed agreements take priority over these general website terms where they differ.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and information. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit false or malicious information, scrape protected data, or misuse forms and communication channels.

Service scope and quotations

Website descriptions are general. Final scope, price, tax, validity, implementation, support, third-party charges, delivery, licensing and other commercial terms are confirmed in the relevant quotation, order or agreement.

Digital Signature Certificate facilitation

Safe4Sign Technologies Private Limited is not a Certifying Authority. DSC applications are facilitated through applicable CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities. Verification, approval, issuance, suspension or rejection is governed by the selected Certifying Authority and applicable rules and processes.

Software, ERP, signer and websites

Features, users, integrations, hosting, data migration, customisation, training, support period, maintenance and deliverables are governed by the applicable commercial document. Third-party APIs, portals or hosting platforms may have their own terms and availability.

Intellectual property

Safe4Sign branding, website design, original text, graphics and proprietary software materials are owned by or licensed to Safe4Sign unless otherwise stated. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

External systems and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Safe4Sign is not responsible for delays or failures caused by government portals, Certifying Authorities, telecom or internet providers, payment services, courier partners, customer devices, third-party software or other events outside reasonable control.

Applicable documents and disputes

Any service-specific dispute, jurisdiction or resolution mechanism stated in a signed proposal, agreement, invoice terms or order confirmation will apply to that engagement. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
