Recovery depends on the token model and its security policy. Avoid repeated password guesses. If the token is inaccessible, contact support before proceeding; replacement or re-issuance may be required.

Yes. Verification is done remotely by the Certifying Authority, so location is not a constraint. We work with clients across India, and tokens are couriered where needed.
